For students who have passed the HSC exam before 2020, i.e Feb. 2019, Feb. 2018, etc (Outsider)

student should submit the following documents.

  • 1) University form in pdf format of 2 pages.
  • 2) HSC mark sheet received from the college. 
  • 3) SSC mark sheet received from the school. 
  • 4) Aadhar Card.
  • 5) Gap certificate. Affidavit on Rs. 100/- Bond Paper.
  • 6) HSC Leaving certificate. 
  • All the above documents should be in pdf format and its size should be 200 kb.

Those students who have passed the HSC exam before 2020, i.e Feb. 2019, Feb. 2018, etc. ( In House)

student should submit the following documents.

  • 1) University form in pdf format of 2 pages.
  • 2) HSC mark sheet received from the college. 
  • 3) SSC mark sheet received from the school.

Those students who have passed the HSC exam in July 2020, (Out-Sider)

student should submit the following documents.

  • 1) University form in pdf format of 2 pages.
  • 2) HSC mark sheet received from the college. 
  • 3) SSC mark sheet received from the school. 
  • 4) Aadhar Card.
  • 5) HSC Leaving Certificate.
  • All the above documents should be in pdf format and its size should be 200 kb.

Note- Students should submit documents, their University, College login ID & password, name on given mail id fyadmissionhelpdesk@gmail.com as early as possible, so students will get msg. about fees payment within 2 days.
